depends what subspecies Kelly. i think that if they are a hybrid you have to be 30 feet, but if it's a pure Illinois strain you can plant 'em right to the centerline of the road...

Honest to Murgatroid Jeremy, does your computer not have google on it? Have you an ounce of motivation that would cause you to look up something, just once, and find it for yourself??

Just stand on the centerline and shoot the hell out of 'em. When the DNR guy writes you a ticket, ask him what the law is.
