if you notice in all of the Snow goose hunt ad's and what not...alot of them say NW Missouri...well, you can take a wild guess where they are...hunting the outskirts in a 0-60 mile radius of where the geese leave everyday to go feed and what not....


The Snows always get all the attention and gain Squaw Creek alot of its attention, but their duck numbers in the fall and Spring are unreal too

i heard about some idiots that dumped 6 trumpeter swans down around that area somewhere they claimed they thought they were snows...sounds like they are gonna be getting the punishment they deserve

I wanted to paint the big greenhead at Mickey D's white and bring out to the field..... we hunted in MOund City this year. When we were there this year the refuge was around 2 to 3hundrd thousand geese. That vid is awesome

thats what i thought. i stayed at the hotel there one night a few years ago in the spring when i was down in MO for a qualifier in moberly and was just amazed at how many birds were flying in the evening. the whole hotel was booked with all snow hunters, and that was before i started waterfowl hunting so it made me wonder why people go that crazy over a bird. its funny because now here i am not being able to get enough of it.
