Im having flyers printed up and need a catchy logo. It is a construction company. but it has to have a goose in it. Im not good with that stuff. but we were thinking of a shed or garage with a goose either landing on it or flyin out of it. If you can design a simple but cool logo and post it or send in a pm. theres a primos fusion yo sista duck call half poly half arcrylic in it for the person that can come up with the best logo. contest will end on monday. It must be your design and my wife, partner and I will judge it.

Now I am not trying to nock your idea but what does a goose have to do with construction. Of course if the goose has a hammer and drill in it's wings sure. I am a business owner myself and I have learned a few things over the years, you have less than 30 seconds to get you message out. My vans are like moving billboards number, website and all the vendors I work with. I'd like nothing more than a duck boat with a hunter break his gun open and 2 smoking shells popping out. But I feel I get more attention with Dell, Cisco, HP, Linux, Apple and Microsoft on the side and rear.
All the best with your Endeavour.

My wife said the same thing. I cant have a logo without goose. It would stand out more than everyone else.
I would say first off, what is the type of construction you do???
Do you want a cartoon image or something from real photos?

id have to agree with bigr on what type of construction do u do?
maybe make it funny have the goose flyin into the side of the shed in the logo or your company name or somethin along them lines.

I agree...When I heard construction, I was picturing some kind of mean goose with a tool belt and construction hard hat on breaking right through the middle of your logo or behind it or whatever, sporting a tool in each hand.
I don't think with as many beers as I have in me and time right now I could do this, but I think anyone proficient with Adobe Photoshop could do this

Right now we are exterior. roofing and siding. but I had meetings for other stuff too. I love the idea of a goose holdin a nail gun, with a tool belt.

I'm a professional graphic designer but i'll need more time than by monday cause i need to know more about your company and target market. Also, depending on how you intend to use this logo (full color, B&W, print, web, different sizes) I may need to design more than one for you. I'll also keep working on it 'til your happy, not just make one draft and disappear. If you (or anyone else) is interested send me a PM and we can work out details.

Maybe have a goose falling from the sky and breaking through the roof of a house (siding, window?) and then the phrase "having a bad day? Let us fix it!"
