Well boys, I haven't gotten my neck collar that I really want yet. :( But I guess this double banded honker with $50 reward band will have to hold me over until I get a collar! :lol: Killed the bird out of a passing flock. It was the end bird out of the flock. I hit the bird 1st shot, but brought him down hard with my 3rd and final shot of 3 1/2 inch BB's through my SBE w/ PatternMaster tube. :D Me, kingkilla, and jclasen0124 stepped it off and you're not going to believe me but I'll tell you anyways......80 steps!!! :shock: The bird was clawing for altitude and headed away, so I am guessing with its forward momentum and my steps not being full yards that the bird was killed going away at around 65-70 yards! :shock: :shock: :shock: Definately one of my longest shots ever. :D Here's the pics

Cool that is great, it is so nice when a young hunter gets those.

By the way I haven't ever shot a double bander yet. A double and both birds banded but never a double bander.

Yeah Im n ot gonna lie.......I've been super lucky with the band collecting the past 2 seasons. I got 5 last year and have 3 this year.....so far!! :lol:

Tyler great job so I'm guessing you are going to use the 50 bucks from the band for more shells LOL. Great pictures.

on one they put a money reward just so they can make sure to get the bird info. and the other leg is a tracking band. i think that is correct
