how fun was that deal?? I got one afternoon and it was some of the best duck huntin' i've ever been a part of. Heard the slaughter was back on last night. Word has it you coulda parked the truck at the back of the pit at round hole and killed your limit from the bed in 5 minutes. Awesome stuff!!!

Oh man! A pic of the man himself, Jeff Foiles!! He is seriously my hero! :D Read a story about him in a magazine. Said he used to be a construction worker in St. Louis and decided to live his dream...WATERFOWLING. And he has done that in great succesion and that's just awesome if you ask me.

Jeff mashed the hell out of his finger the day before we ot out there. Hit it with a 2 lb sledge working on a pump. Knocked it clean out of joint. That damn thing looked like a sausage at the end of every day all swole up and froze.

yeah...Drew said it was just stupid w/ ducks last night. Jeff said he saw probably 25,000 or so. Heard they were comin' in in bunches of 80-100 balls out. Can't complain though...we had it pretty good! You huntin' this weekend kelly?

We had it damn good! I might hunt mallards on a farm pond...I think the wife has visions of Christmas Shopping though. Still have 2 1/2 months of hunting here though.

christmas shopping is overrated. i hate fighting the crowds. the best time to do christmas shopping is the 24th of december. thats when i get mine done.

Have fun w/ the shoppin' deal...gotta do your part when she lets you do yours! Goin' deer huntin' in the a.m. and maybe goosin' in the p.m. Kelly, you should come down to texas w/ me jay, and rob the 18th, 19th, 20th of jan. to hunt w/ scotty curtsinger. Lessers, ducks, and sandhills w/ a few snows and blues mixed in. Should be an awesome 3 days, and the trip is actually cheap.

hey at least you boys still get to hunt ducks, duck season is over here in Iowa and now its time to hit the honkers, wasnt planning on going deer hunting this year so instead of shooting one i got one with my truck on sunday night

Dang...nice pictures.... I'm headed down to a town about 15 miles away from Stuttgart...the report is that there are ducks in there thick already... So hopefully we will kill some birds while we are down there.
