Just got my pics back today from walgreens... but I have to do it hillbilly as hell to post a pic.... I have to take a picture of a picture and then post it... but opening morning was great for me and my buddy, we had a few toms gobbling early in the morning and then at like 6:50 I starting getting really aggressive on my mouthcall and got this bird to gobble that we didn't hear right off the bat about 300 to 400 yards to our right. my buddy suddenly said I see him and hes coming but hes still 250 and coming fast.. we didn't see him again till he gobbled and he was 50 yards and closing! and low and behold two strutters show up running in with like 3 or 4 jakes... now mind you i'm using my bow with no tent and my buddy had a shotgun, i whispered to take the one with the longer rope and just hope when you kill it the other one will jump on him and spur him..... sure enough the other longbeard and jakes all jump on him and i have all the time in the world to draw and take a 20 yard chip shot..... fortunately I made a great shot and was totally stoked that I just arrowed a turkey with no tent! I was pretty proud... anyway both birds were 2 year olds mine was 24 lbs with a 9 inch beard with 18mm spurs,, my buddies bird was 21 lbs 11 inch rope and 16 mm spurs yes randy fox....... I did it with a HOYT and will never shoot anything else!!! :D

Nice birds.

Looks like this gobbler season is going well for quite a few.
