This is me on my Foiles Migrators Strait Street single reed. I would like to enter in some youth contests here soon but I wanted to get some opinions before I do. I know in this routine that there is a few mistakes but just look for the big stuff if you can. Thanks. There is just one thing you have to have Windows Media Player to listen.

I think it sounds pretty good. Fine tune some of your notes so you don't squeek so much and you should do fine. I'm sure some of the guys that know calling comps. pretty well can give you some good advice. Keep up the good work :)

First off, I can tell you have potential so stick with it buddy!!!
What you need to now do is listen to good routines until your ears bleed to understand how a mainstreet routine flows. callingducks.com has over a hundred from last years world championship. Having a structured and clean routine is HUGE! For right now, focus mainly on developing your routine like you hear them on callingducks.com. When you have a 90 second routine memorized, then start breaking down each part of it to make it better. I will try to record a file of my routine when I get a chance. Feel free to ask questions. Contest calling is a lot of fun, and a great way to meet other callers and hunters!
