Does anyone know them or ordered from them? I ordered a couple of lanyards & a game strap over a month ago and haven't heard from them. I sent them the money via pay pal at the end of March and haven't heard back? Maybe they are just busy? I just wanted to make sure they received the money & they plan on processing my order. I know it's the off season but when you pay for something and never hear back I tend to get a little worried. I guess I would feel a little better if they would contact me & let me know it would be a couple of months? By no means am I trying to bash them just would like a little info.

It's no excuse if your running a buisness and taking customers money for orders.
No thanks is needed.

before this turns into a pissing match...let me clear something up. Tyler (owner/braider) has just added new braiders to our team. Lanyards are taking 3 to 4 weeks to complete because he was the only person braiding before the two new guys stepped up. This is because if he takes 3 or 4 orders at a time, then the next day another 3 to 4, you can see how he can get backed up. We do our best to communicate back and forth, and there are a few guys that pm'd me about their lanyards and I immediately got a response from Tyler for them. Sorry for the delay on this particular order, but I always make sure to tell the customer before taking their order the time involved and about how long it will take. I don't know how this turned into a bash match on us, when it was simply stated in the ORIGINAL post that he wasn't trying to bash us. If you don't have a dog in the fight ( haven't ordered from us.....) please keep your comments to yourself for the sake of the man in charge of this operation. If you want to bad mouth, or have a question please feel free to pm me, and I'll happily take the time to find an answer for you. Thanks
