anyone ever have a problem ordering stuff frome them. I ordered a few things and when my package got here 1 of the 5 things was in there, the rest was backordered even thought it was in stock when i ordered. So now they have one of the items in stock and the ship it, and charge me shipping again and say in a week they will have one of the other items, And i have to pay shipping again.....kinda sounds like i am getting ripped off with this shipping the same thing is happening to my buddy with them.

Give one of the guys at the shop a call Monday morning. Drake headquarters isn't far from where I live, and all the people I've been in contact with up there were very helpful. They should be able to answer this first hand.

never had an issue with them , i'd call for sure and if that was the case i'd send it back and tell them 2 keep the rest , then order it some where else !!
but like i said they are usally great with how they handle everything from my encounters

other companys that i have ordered from would do the same thing but they would charge for the item when they sent it. shipping was 1 hit on the total.

Try ordering it from Final Flight Outfitters ( Trip and Kelly Powers own the store) the are actually cheaper than ordering it straight from Drake. Also if you have to return anything from Drake, it is the BIGGEST PAIN IN THE ASS!!! You have to send it to a seperate company called shoptron. I've had very good luck with FFO. got them to waive the extra shipping, but they were suposed to cancel the rest of the order last week and today i see a 75 dollar shopatron charge on my account from drake waterfowl................:confused:

sorry 2 here that !! man customer service and stuff like that go along way with me !!! keep us posted on this !!!!! it may determine where i buy my next drake product !!!!
