What to do with call ?
The metal band on my smh fall of when i remove the barrel to tune..
I would like to find out what I could do to fix. It is not evan a year old.
Just wondering if it is a common problem.

I'm guessing you can send it in to the shop and they'll fix it for you. I've never had that polem w/ my SMH though.

Just go buy some Gorilla glue and put it back on.

cabelas would take it back , and give me a new one, but I want my call.

They are put on with Gorilla glue at the shop. Buy some, save yourself the time without a call and shipping. You'll have your call and a jug of good glue.

same thing happend to my cocobolo SMH i used weather strip adheasive

I've had a few come off over the years, thats a few out of hundreds but it does happen. The glue gets brittle over time and cold and heat cycles the calls go through make the expand and contract...eventually the glue gives up. I've never had one come off an acrylic, just wood due to expansion. Slilicon works well, I've used JB Weld...pretty much anything will work. Silicon seems to last the longest because it remains pliable.

try fletch tite for fleching arrows. its made to bond plastic to metal. iit should work great for keep the band on your call
