Is it possible to order new call parts?

We were out on a great combo duck and goose hunt yesterday and about half way through our shoot my buddy noticed that he'd lost the insert end of his smm.I was wondering if he can order a replacement or if he's screwed?Thanks in advance for any info you guys can share with me on this.

All parts of Most of the Calls are Available on the Store Website, just go to the SMM page on the homesite, and click on SMM Barrels or Inserts, Or just call the shop, one of the girls should take good care of you, FMI has the best customer service there is......

He's a new waterfowl hunter and he didn't know to put two strings to each call,he knows now......

At 125$ a call they should prolly be Duck Taped to the Lanyard, lol no pun intended....
