Hey guys I'm new to this forum. I found it because I just order the Strait Meat Mallard in Max-4. I lost my Strait Meat Timber Rattler last week in the woods and couldn't find it.

Jen from foiles called me today and told me that the SM Mallard in MAX-4 in back ordered until Feb. so I had do get a TR DR in smoke. I need something for this weekend. I will get my MAX-4 in the spring.

Well I have a SMM and have had it for about 4 years now and like it for its volume. But I got a double-reed TR last spring and love that thing. Its duckier than $hit!!!

Yeah, the TR is raspier. I hunt alot of timber and small coves. I was wanting to try something a little different.

used to own a repair shop chevy's and dodges kept me in business, the fords just needed oil changes and tires , also did a 150 mile radius on VIN#s have equal amounts of all big 3 manufactures in my area :roll: no big deal there all ok just preferance 8)

Uncle Bens it burns faster....sometimes i use the long grain when im going on long trips, keeps the bearings greased up lol.....it aint much, but its allllllllllllllllll mine lol, and its a Goose Gettin SoB.......by the way Barry, didnt you forget to metion the serious Ball Joint Issue ford has, or did that slip your mind, lol, see 10 ford ball joint jobs for every chevy that might need a Pitman or Idler....lol
