Fellas:
I am looking at purchasing a 6' X 12' enclosed trailer for hauling my goose spread around. Here is what I have...
6 dozen Fully Flocked Elite GHG Full Bodies (0.5 doz Lookers, 3.5 doz Feeders, 2 doz Actives)
2 dozen GHG O.S. Shells
2 Finisher Blinds with Snow Covers
2 Power Hunter Blinds with Snow Covers
2 Flags
Blind Bag, Gun, etc.
Is this size trailer going to big enough???
Anyone know any place offering good deals on trailers???.....have checked out Haulmark.com and it's looks the best so far.
My goal is to individually bag and shelve the FFD Elites....will that many dekes fit on shelves in a 6' X 12" and still leave enough room for everything else???
I am looking for suggestions on how to set-up my trailer once I get it. Any help would be appreciated.

I think everything will fit except the 2 flags.
You kill it with the shelves. Get some cargo nets and pack the dekes in tight and strap em with the net. We've run our Pro-Series like that all year and the paint is perfect.

Mr. Smart-Ass (AKA- KELLY REES):
Thank you for your input as it greatly appreciated   .
On a serious note, another idea I considered was gunnel bags mounted on the walls leaving all the center room for gear. I just don't know if I can get 72 dekes in gunnel bags on the walls of the trailer.
Hell if I know...I'll figure something out at some point!!! I might just individually bag them and stack them in the trailer that way...but, being so anal about everything, it just bothers me to do that (I have OCD - atleast that's what my wife tells me).

Hey Mark, one day I was with neil and jack, we where scouting over around wattsburg area and there's a trailor place right off I-90. I think its the first right off the penn state behrend exit. I remember we went in and they had some used ones.

If you are willing to drive a couple of hours, Trail-Rite in Delaware has alot of trailers in stock, and no sales tax.

Mark,
I have a 6x12 enclosed pace trailer. I have 6 dozen GHG fullbody geese, 3 doz. GHG full body mallards, some misc. shell decoys and a pair of mojo's. There's still room for clothes and waders mounted to the wall with hooks. I shelved one side and used bungee cords to hang the full bodys from the ceiling. Stretch the cord across the top, side to side, and hang as many by the feet as possible. Stack the rest in the middle and on thte shelves. I will say not much room for expansion. So, if you plan on adding to the spread you might want to go bigger. Just my $.02. Good luck.
Ya i think that would be big enough we run 4 dozen 3 dozen big shells and 4 finishers and 2 power hunters in our 5x10 and still have some room for our clothes.
Mark that would be plenty of room I have a 12ft V nose and put 3 blinds and 12 dozen ghg full bodys in it!!!

Yea that will be enought room, i have a 14 footer and I have around 6 ground blinds (Top Guns and Migrators and Finshers) and around 5 dozen GHG shells 3 dozen super mag. shells and around between 300 to 375 GHG, Big Feet and Hard Cores in it. You need a big truck to pull it because it will hurt you on gas, espically when the wind is blowing.

Do you all put your four wheelers in them, or the back of your truck, I was thinking about buying an inclosed for my fourwheeler and cart, but would love to be able to keep my decoys in it as well.
