How is the hunting going

Things are going pretty good here in Ks. We have shot a lot of ducks. Not to many geese, but we have got one banded duck. I think we are a little over 300 ducks now. The weather is terrible though, there has only been a couple cold fronts. There hasn't been to much ice, but when we get it: GAME ON!!!! The rivers will be loaded.

How has everyone else done?

Myself, kingkilla, and iowamigr8tor killed a little under 200 ducks if I'm not mistaken. But we all work 20-30 hours a week and go to college 2 full days a week. So we would only get out 2, maybe 3 days a week. Our duck is over now. :( But the geese are here and we have 3 more weeks on them :D Us 3 have shot about 40 honkers so far. 2 banded birds, one double banded with $50 reward band, both shot by me. 8)

2 guys and we are at 243 ducks and 82 geese for the season. We still have another 2 full months of goose hunting so we hope to push up around the 150 range. We may hit the 250 mark on ducks. We just need to get out of the corn and get on them.

All in all it has been a good season. We can't complain about it one bit.

yeah my season sucks we have killed 9 ducks in a month i know that sounds bad on me and my hunting buddies but here in tn the ducks just aren't here like they were last year this time really frustrated and it gets worse me and a buddy are supposed to go to stuttgart next week and that might get canceled because they don't have any birds and we thought that would be our bread and butter hunt in the timber but that is not looking good from what i have seen on the weather.com it is so bad here we have thought about going to the city park and shooting the geese and ducks off the park pond just to get a little action well that is how my season is sucking

It sucks. We've had 60 to 70 degree weather this week, no rain. Definitely not good hunting weather in these parts. No one I've talked to has killed many ducks and we only have about a month of season left. Maybe the weather will change after Christmas.

I think they have our duck season closing too early, it always seems like a day or two after season here come the migrators. Plan on getting on the geese though, that will keep us occupied.
