Benelli nova pump

Does any body own a benelli nova pump if so how do you ike it and what chokes would you recommend for it. Thanks and happy Holidays

The nova should come with 5 chokes. Or at least I thought it did. I think it depends on which one you get also. I know one package exchanges one of the tubes (I think cylinder) for an X-full.

As far as after market choke tubes I would look at the wad wizard Line or Patternmaster. Briley makes a great Improved modified that will shoot steel.

I am a big fan of the briley X-Full turkey choke as well.

It kind of depends on your situation though. If you are shooting birds consistently inside of 30 yards any of your factory chokes will do the job nicely!

I have two nova's a Max-4 26" barrel and a Black 26" barrel. Both came with 3 chokes imp, mod, and full. can't use the full with steel. I really like the Nova's, I like my BPS a little better (it fits me better) but you won't go wrong with a nova. As far as after market chokes, the extended Pattern Master seems to be the ticket.

Bought one about a month ago, came w/ 3 choke tubes.so far, so good, hadnt had any problems.

I got the Super Nova a couple of months ago. I currently shoot the modified for birds and love it.

Great gun , no problems with mine, i have had it for 3 years, but the choke i like is the Pattern Master. The slug barrel is also awesome.

Nova's a nice gun, but what ever you do choose to go with definitely get a PATTERNMASTER.

I exclusively hunt with a nova early season ducks in beaver ponds I shoot the factory modified choke with kent fasteel, the rest of the season I shoot Wad Waizard SWAT choke with 3 o 31/2 Kent Fasteel
