i'm having trouble with the Spit and Train notes..any tips???

Very hard question to explain, just typing in words, Try to say too hooo into the call on the spit note, leaving your hands for the most part fairly open, when you blow into the call on the too, it's like spitting you should hit the back of your top teeth with your tongue, just like spitting,, then on the hooo drop your tongue and push air very fast thru the call kinda drawing it out, and making it higher pitch , the train is made basically the same way,except you need to cinch the call down, and vibrate your throat with a much deeper sound than the spit note,, Don't know if this helps much or not, but it's the best way i can explain it.
