Hey guys,

New here.... but just wanted to send Foiles' customer service some props. I recently purchased one of their flags. First day out in the field the thing broke. I called customer service to complain. With no questions asked, they said they would send me another as soon as their next shipment came in. Wow..... there was none of this...."well send it in to us, we'll take a look at it. If it's the products vault we'll send you a new one....."

It was simply..... we'll take care of it.

I had heard Foiles backs up their products, but this was pretty damn good customer service.

I hope they follow through....

Welcome to the site!!!! they arent kiddin when they say if u have a problem give us a call. They will get it fixed one way or another. This is the main reason i wont buy any other call.

I have a tip for you on that flag deal....U know where is broke the first time...well wrap the new one w/ electrical tape at that spot. They didn't put enough resin in those rods and they are breaking. I think once he runs out of these flags...that will be the end of them. Just thought I would try to help....Good luck!

Not a problem brother...that flag will last forever it seems w/ just that simple adjustment! Hope everything works out...if not..you know they'll do they're best to make it good.

I imagine their will be a new FA Jeff Foiles signature flag out soon. You have any insight on that Migrator00?

I don't know much about that specifically...but I do know that there will be the whole line of Jeff Foiles Signature series FA brand equip comin' out! I've heard about a couple of items i'm not gonna mention..but you will all be plenty happy!

Let's see which one they send me. My guess it is the same one, but the said they are waiting on a new shipment. Don't know if they made any improvement or not. I'll let everyone know.....

IMO, I think the current flag could be improved on in terms of durability. Even if you needed to raise the price, the current version doesn't keep up with the quality of his calls.

Just my opinion......
