i have one, and we sometimes have two going.... i have the new one with the floating battery, i would suggest that one, cause the other one we have has the cord to run to the battery and thats just a hassle. but i like mine alot, just cant use em on sunny days.

I have buddies that make them from old trolling motor batteries and wire them to a battery and a switch in the blind and the work great
