just playing around with them, the st seem to e much quieter. the tr has more volume

rasp is all about reed tuning. The st is softer even with more air ran through it, it has a softer tone. The timber rattler is your medium range to low range call. Hope that helps.

+1 to that, im not much of a fan of the st, but the tr is sick...
