Letting every one know that Chris called me last friday and apologized for the delay and said that the call would be sent out monday. In which it was because I received it yesterday. Thank you Chris.
Chris if you happen to read this be honest in future deals 99.9 % people will under stand if there is going to be a delay. Don't bs people and tell them that the call or whatever has been sent when it hasn't. Be honest!

You should let him back on, but make him add that he was banned in his sig. All the regulars here already know what happened, but adding that to his sig will make sure even the new guys know. I'm sure people will know that if he offers a trade or something, they should wait till they get his money or HIS call before shipping theirs out. I never delt with this guy before but I do know that everyone makes mistakes. ... Or maybe Im missing something and He should be banned for life? All Im saying is that you'd be better off letting him back on with his original name, rather then him getting a different name and screwing someone who isnt at least aware that its him.

Is say let him back. but it put under his title something about banned from selling in the yard sale. also, and i dont know if its possible or not, but not giving him authority with the software to post on the yard sale. im pretty sure you can do it with the new software. id make sure he knew it, and was warned not to even try or hed be history for good.

most the regualrs know what hes about, and if by some chance he did slip thru, then wed just have to call him out

I see two options...

1 - Unban him... let him post up so everyone knows who they are dealing with.

2 - Form a personal agenda against him and do searches on every IP. Then keep banning every aliased new account that he creates rather he "stirs the pot" or not.

Only you can decide the amount of work you want to do, or the trend you want to break.
