Well boys, its about that time, Dust off your dekes, get the boats out, clean out your blind bag, fix that leak in your waders you were putting off last season, sort your ammo, get those 3 1/2 inch Ts out of the pocket that carries your 2 shot, hit cabelas.... Get your calls out and practice you a** off! I know alot of you do year round as I do, but I heard some terrible calling in the field last year... So knock the dust off!!!! Let the fun begin, its only a few short weeks till early seasons, and I personally CANNOT wait.

My Buddies and I are starting off the early season in Minnesota then teal hunting our way back to southern Illinois, the anticipation for this first of many road trips is Killing me!

I just touched up some flocked heads and did a little touching up on some paint. Should be a good early season for Minnesota i hope. Alot of grain around this year and ive already seen alot of birds in the oats.

Hey tarpo, you gonna hit up the Beehive state again this year?? Hit me up before ya come and I'll show ya some "bad callin" :D:D No really, it's pretty bad. Anyways, no time for them stinky birds right now, I got an elk and a deer to start killin this saturday.

Hey Tarpo-----YOU SUCK!!!!!! I should get to Illinois in Mid October for a week then 2 more weeks in Jan. Maybe a 5 day stop in there somewhere....You should stop by and grab my Deeks and dust them off--maybe get some use out of them. Try not to take your foot off this year!!!!!!!!!

First weekend of september hit the sunflower batch for a lil dove shoot, then its teal season. All ready seen a lot of dove this year should be a wild opener. Good luck to everyone!

Timmy, I know you are pumped, Keep Ben from hyperventalating for me.. :D

Banded, I will be in Utah around Hyrum hunting the Marsh and down by willard Bay probably every 2 weeks or so thruout the season. I have to be in Hyrum for work every other monday and tuesday, besides that I am taking the whole season off work just to hunt.

dont be jealous fool! I will be around, let me know when you will make it back, I procured a few new spots, they look pretty promising....
