SMH Insert?

I have a SMH in BoisdArc. The insert has cracked and Im thinking this is covered under warrante. So ill send it in and they'll send me a new one. Assuming(sp?) this is correct it will be free because of warrante. Instead of them sending me in BoisdArc is there any chance they could do it in acrylic? I hope that was understandable Thanks for the help

best thing to do is call the shop . dont know if they will swap for a differant insert, probably another wood one. i would send in the whole call so they can match the insert and that way they can tune it for ya also.
