Kansas/Oklahoma

Anything happening down in these areas? I'm originally from Oklahoma and thinking about making a trip home to hunt!

Duck in Kansas is currently closed. Reopens in a couple weeks for the eastern side of the state. Geese are spread out everywhere due to the warm weather. (at least on the east side of the state).

We still have good numbers, but they are wary and are not holding a consistent pattern.

down here in SE kansas we are hammering he geese in the fields. ducks are everwhere on the refuge near St. Paul. I live in pittsburg and have limited out on geese evertime this year.

we have a ton of geese up here in northwest kansas, but it seems like every goose goes to the same field and they get harder to decoy every day.

Anyone know anything about Wamego,KS? I have some land there I can hunt. It's 15 minutes west of Manhattan.

The geese are everywhere around Junction City and manhattan so im sure there will be some by wamego. My dad owns a big sand plant pond and there is like 2000 geese on it.
