Buzz Cluck??? How

How does one get the buzz cluck sound on the call. I just listened to Big Sean and that is a really cool sound, I just want to know how to make it.

It's all in tongue placement and air presentation....if you're tongue isn't right, you are gonna have a helluva time getting this note.
