i've got a 20ga. BPS and I fully cleaned it like 3 years ago - since then its just barrel cleaning and sparying....anyway i for got how to take it apart correctly - help would be greatly apprecatied....also do i need a special tool for getting out the pins? My friend helped me clean it and i don't remember..
got your owners manual??? if not go on line to browning and you can look up the owners manual that way and print it out. its a pdf file. hope this helps

i use a little tool that fits in the hole for the pins and then lightly tape the tool with a hammer to get the pins out. hope this helps

yeah thats what i mean - where did u get that? or is it in my gun box..?

i always use an allan wrench on my sx2. just push the pins out and the right sized allen will slide through. spray it with some rem oil first and when i put them back in as well.

Screwdriver, punch, pen, anything that can fit in the hole.
you can also use a small nail or a small punch for that fact. they pop right out.

you can use anything that will fit in there. i just use a little punch from my dads tool box

I use a small punch to push the pins out on my BPS 10 gauge. The rest f the gun then comes apart fairly easy, if you cant find your manual or get it off the website, I recommend you either video or take pictures as you take it apart so that you have a reference for putting it back together. I am sure you won't have any problems though.
