Just wanted to give credit where credit was due.

I called the shop and spoke to Lisa last Tuesday (1-2-07) around noon I believe. I told her what I was looking for and they still had the items I was looking for. She indicated she would get them boxed up and let me know what shipping was. I told her that was fine and we agreed to talk later.

She called back I was getting ready to go into the field and told me what shipping was. I told her that was great and I started thinking about the hunt.

Now lets fast forward 52 hours to Thursday (1-4). I pull in tonight from work and see a sticker note on my door. What's this I say. Well it's telling me the secret location to my boxes that the UPS man delivered earlier that day. Surely not I think. It's been just over 2 days since I ordered it. Well sure enough here everything is. Never would I have guessed it to be here this fast. I honestly figured I would see it some time Monday at the earliest.

THANKS LISA! I appreciate your help and patience on the phone. The speed that it got here totally amazed me.

yea the girls are really great there, always pleasant and nice to talk to. the customer service is second to none. thanks for posting that up :wink:

Thanks for stepping up and giving the girls props!!!! They work their tails off, just like everyone else at the shop....but, they never seem to get any credit!!!

you guys arnt kiddin! i called today 1-5-07 to order some stuff and they're customer service lady was very nice and very pleasant to talk to! and i liked that i could hear em callin in the back round! Mr. Foiles has a great staff workin for him! Keep up the awsome work!!

Jen and Lisa are top shelf !! They know the products well and are very helpful on the phone.Best customer service I've dealt with is at FMI!
