i think its suppose to get really cold this weekend,,yeaaaa now the birds might move to our state,,or move around!!!

It's been cold, but there are a ton of birds still here in the Grove and Woodbury.

it seems like the canades dont ever migrate anymore,dont know why but i wish somebody could tell me,y cant they fly like the ducks do????

Oh yeah, there are a ton of Mallards still around too.

I hope this cold front moves some birds too. It is few and far between in finding ducks around here right now and nothing but local geese around still. It's getting harder and harder to fool the same birds we've been hunting since September.

i hear ya on that one r local birds fly about a mile high and when ya call at them they lock up and circle bout 6 times then fly away,never get any lower :roll:

been killing the geese hard here in SE kansas. but not ducks to well. hope this cold front moves some more birds south. talked to my buddy near nebtraska line and he said all the snows and specs are moving south so maybe some big canadas will move down too.

We need more birds down by Table Rock. We had birds the second weeekend into it after the ice storm but not much after that.
