Guys it could be a while waiting. When I ordered my SMM in Mallard green and Smoke it took a couple of months. I think I ordered it in Feb and didn't get it till June(there was a communication issue with the store I ordered from and they lost the order)

i foud out that they don't make the call at there shop some one does it for them .

Clarification on that:

The acrylic is not turned on the CNC Lathe at the shop. Theres just not room for everything in that building, plus it's a store atmosphere and you dont want all the equipment noise in the middle of a store.

The turned acrylic is sent to the shop for banding, tuning and assembly.

This is the way most calls are produced on the market today. CNC machines, software and operators are very VERY expensive. For a callmaker to purchase, pay and upkeep all of this equipment for only 1 line of calls would make them almost unaffordable. The guys who do turn their own calls dont deal with the volume that Foiles or the others do so they can do it on small inexpensive lathes 1 at a time and keep up with demand. Turning 1 call on a regular lathe can take hours, acrylic is very touchy to lathe. The one that I know of that does turn their own on CNC equipment are also turning acrylic for several other callmakers.

This time of year is when inventory is hammered from hunting season, they are bustin ass to ge inventory restocked.
