I travel all over the state of MN for work,and all I do is look for Ducks and Geese,while I travel. I have hunted at least 6 days the last week and a half. Its been slow at best. I have not been up North tho. I have seen more ducks in the last week,some nice flocks of Mallards but not the mother load,most of the bigger flocks i have seen have been in the far western part of the state along the SD border. I think most of the geese I have been seeing are locals. I did see some ponds full of mostly greenheads, just north of Winnona along the river. The big thing I see across the state is all the standing crops everywhere. I hope the birds dont just pass us up if the crops dont get out soon. Anyone been up North or in North Dakota, Canada, the last week or so? Just want to Know if there comming. Good luck hunting, and stay safe.
