I recently boat a boat and im going to repaint in the spring. My question is if the factory paint job uses a special type paint. I hate paint and my experience with alot of it is it doesnt take much to scratch it off. If im gonna repaint then i want it as close to the factory as possible. What do you guys think is great paint. Thanx alot

+1 We have done a couple boats with parker paint and had good luck also. If you have access to a air compressor and a paint gun you can buy it by the quart. That is the best/fastest way to apply your base color. Make sure that you knock off any loose or chipped paint and rough up the surface of the existing paint before you apply the new paint. Hope it turns out well.
