I need some help, I lost my 2 1/2 yr old pup to a car accident not to long ago. He will be hard to replace, but I need to find another one and start training. I have just moved to Central Illinios and don't know any good breeder. Any info would be great.
Thanks

Just be sure you buy a registered breed with hip and eye certs....Careful buying I hear some people are getting burned out there...

Thanks guys, tonight I was able to get a hold of the breeder my pup came from and I think I will be making a trip back to Iowa to get another pup from him.
I appreciate the info on the pups in Ohio, I will keep that for future needs.
As far as losing my pup, it was absolutely terrible. It has not only affected me, but the rest of the family as well. It has been extremely hard to think about getting another pup, but I can't hunt my 11yr old lab as hard as I was hunting the pup. My older lab just can't handle it like he used to. Still has the drive and desire, but his body isn't in tune with his mind.
Even at an older age he amazes me every time I have him out.
Thanks again guys it is appreciated very much.
