How's the sound of the wood legend duck call?
I'm thinking about getting one but I dont know if its worth it? I'm not complaining but I'm also wondering why its the cheapest call?

Most under appreciated Foiles duck call.....doesn't get talked about much and I don't know why.

The wood/poly Legend double reed is NASTY!!! I have a flamed hedge/poly double that NEVER leaves the lanyard! Nasally...raspy as hell...not a lot of volume, but enough to hunt smaller lakes, swamps, sloughs, beaver ponds, etc. Great little call!!!! A former pro-staffer for Jeff turned me on to this call...."if you ain't got on your lanyard....you missed the boat brother!!!!"

Don't think twice brother....it is WELL worth the money plus some!!!! As for being worried why it's cheap....well, it's cheap because the insert is poly, therefore mass produced! The wood barrels are what make them more expensive than the all poly calls....wood barrels are turned while the poly barrels are mas produced...
