Todd, we need to chat on the phone sometime bud.
Waders-First of all, it doesnt matter what you get they start leaking within a matter of a few years. I have Hodgman 5mm with the duratouch or whatever they call the thin layer of hard coating on the outside of the waders. They are 1,000 gram Thinsulate. 2nd year using them and I have a leak somewhere around my right knee. I remember walking into a local marsh with Al and Derek one day breaking ice on the way in and then standing knee deep in the water for several hours. A little cold to say the least.
Bibs- Remington in Max-4. 3rd season using them and no rips or tears. Very heavy and warm. I think the bibs and Rem Oil are the only 2 good products Remington makes anymore.
I have several different misc. jackets, hooded sweatshirts, fleeces, and shirts in all sorts of camo patterns and such.
Hunting boots- Winchesters actually. 4th season on them and they have some serious miles on them, because I use them for pheasant hunting as well as field hunting ducks and geese.
Calls- Foiles :D
Gun- BENELLI
Choke tube- PATTERNMASTER (standard)

Todd, PM sent. But yea that would be sweet if you could come to the contest. My dad, uncle, and all their hunting buddies will be there so why not add some more pressure to me and Derek. It's not that bad. I called in a duck calling contest at the Iowa State Fair a few years ago and it wasn't that bad. Of course, there were only about 100 people watching i would say. So there'll be way more at the contest.

Cabelas 1600 super mag waders with fleece liners, tshirt, polortek fleece vest, and Whitwatedual layer something or other jacket  . Sometimes the cabelas goretex insulated gloves if im not calling but if i call its either a pair of deer skin driving gloves or nothing. Depends on how cold. I love the cold so most times im not bothered by it. All the older guys tell me wait till im old then say that. Benelli is always strapped to my back. Don't do much good on keeping me warm but fed that it does.

I tried on those 1600 super mag waders and thought the boots were too big, So I went with the 1200. Do you guys have any problems walking in them?
Mike

The boots are a bit bulky on the SuperMag 1600...but at times the extra insulation is worth the bulk. As for having a hard time walking in them....nope.

It looks like alot of you guys have the Cabela's Super Mag 1600 gram waders. How do you like them as far as durability? Because if they're 1600 gram, its needless to say that they are warm.
like mark said there a little bulky, but id rather stay warm. and i dont seem to have a problem being in them all day or getting tired, they felt a little bulky at first but after wearing them for a while i dont notice it any more. also mine are 4 yrs old and there holding up great. also the reason i bought them is i dont like cold feet that can ruin a hunt real fast.

I'm on my second pair in about 6 years (this year is first year for the 2nd pair)....durability is great, comfort is A+...best late season waders I have ever owned!!!!
