Main Street Mallard

whent out to the field this morning,no geese again.but there was a pair of mallards about 400 yards up in the air, i gave them a hard greeting call on my mean street and here they came locked, docked, and fallin in.when they were back peadling over the duck decoys i dropped the drake, and let the hen go.all i can say is it looks like the mean street will be a heck of a hunting call for me..cant wait to try it over the water, i know Matt did this morning and the mean street worked on the mallards for him too.the Mean Street is now my main duck call.............................................. .......R

cool-beans there Mr. Fox ............... i can see 1 of those calls headin this way real soon , i wish i had 1 in kansas for those high flyers , wind was blowing so bad i had 2 put down the tr's and blow a DMM .........:)

Nice pics Randy!!

I screamed at this greenie from pretty far (w/Mean Street), from over a gravel pit; then softened up as he made up his mind and finished. The Mean Street is a very versatile call.

The walnut HPH brought in the two honks.

...and the orange/grey rope (w/FMI swag), from pappy8745, made my son, Randall, look cool for the pic.

I think his smile says it all.

Side note: It's been real slow here lately. This is practically a Grand Slam for me right now. We need winter to arrive.

the mean street has it all....I have one and love it!!!! It's truely a must have call........If you don't have one your missing out on the what i think is the best i've owned.......there are two types of duck hunters those that have a mean street and ones that are missing out.....would like a other color choices because I will have others.....

Personally i love blowing loud calls i use a strait street most of the time especially on big water and in a field. way to go man in looking drake
