Which call do you prefer?

Just wanted to see what your favorite foiles duck call was!

i choose SMM cause its the only one i own so far, if you guys had to choose between a DMM or a TR which would you choose? i guess im gonna have to blow em both and see which one i like more.

Personally I would get both a TR and DMM...the TR is a great call and is a little more ducky than the DMM, however it doesnt have the volume that the DMM has....so what I like to do is use the DMM to get their attention and start em coming then i will switch over to the TR to finish em up.

where i hunt the TR/DR is the only way to go, thats one nasty raspy little sucker there. if you try and hit em with a single,,,,,,,,bye bye . not that theres nothin wrong with a single,just happens to be where im at. lots of dock ducks :lol:

I hunt in a variety of terrain: Open water, fields, quarries, wide rivers and narrow wooded river coves; therefore, I need a call with versatility. The DMM/DR, as advertized, does it all for me.

As stated in earlier posts, I like things to be simple. Starting with one call and finishing with another doesn't work for me. Sometimes, however, I will mix a drake whistle in there. I think it's an underrated and under-used call. Hey Foiles, why don't you make one of these???

I vote for the TR. Our birds sound a lot like Barry's. Too much noise and they will scoot. TR can get really soft and is completely ducky.

Single reed timber rattler, but I haven't tried the DMM yet, so that could possibly change.
