Is anyone in here gonna be at the contest in iowa actually competing in the open goose contest.Im gonna try it out for thye first time ever just for learning and experienced thing.Sean you gonna compete in this one?

Hey Im going to the contest, but I dunno if Im gonna compete though. Im good in hunting situations, but have never been in a contest. Im thinking about it, though. Do you know if the goose is on Sunday and the duck is on Saturday? Thats how it works I think, but Im not for sure.

Um well It says its on all saturday but I dunno cause surely the iowa state duck competition and the open goose wont run together will it.I know the duck comp starts at 9:oo am and the goose starts at noon.Ill have to find out for sure.

I am pretty sure myself and brother are going to go down...I am going to compete in the duck and my brother in the goose. Burlington is usually a very good draw for the top callers in the country.....last years goose contest was stacked.

I am not sure if the Grinder is going, I think his Geed is getting in the way or something like that. All of the contests are on Saturday, duck first and then the goose. It was a pretty good time last year, it was my first contest ever, so I hope this year will have some different results....

Yeah could someone give the times on then they start I plan on going to watch and listen to some of the routines! Cause im thinking of getting into calling contest but I would just like to find out times? Thanks

Philly, the contest is in Burlington, Iowa. I think it is at a place called the Pizazz. That's where its been in past years if Im not mistaken.
