i watched zinks video i think it was running traffic but they put the fire to acrylic and it turned from dull to clear. does foiles do this to their calls???

It was Zinks Cluckin Crazy 24-7.....yeah that was awesome watchin them heat the acrylic.....

i liked it. didnt know if foiles does. looks good anyway. not saying foiles dont but just thought it was tight how that went from dull to shiny like that.

I know a local call manufacture, and me and a buddy went to his shop to get some calls tuned and polished up. We watched him use a torch to put the glossy finish on the acrylic calls. I don't know if that is how it is done by everyone but it was cool to watch. I don't know that i would try it myself with my expensive acrylic calls.

i've done it with mine it helps a little but not as good as new

Thats how the insides of the barrels are done I believe.

if you dont know how too do it, dont try it, i found out that acrylic burns after a while
