Pittsfeild is the main store and the only one that i know of, im sure you can have someone tune it there. You might want to call ahead and tell them what you are wantin and theyll figure something out to help you.

your 3 hours from the shop...if your going to drive there I would call ahead and speak to Lisa and see who's in the shop that day...


if not..you can mail it to the shop with a little note saying how you would like it tuned....light, hard, medium....
also a good idea to call the shop first and see about the shipping charges...I believe they have changed...
