Lab to old to train?

I have a three year old lab, very good dog and listens well. But i think i want to train her for goose and duck hunting. Is it too late, or do i have a chance? who should i send her too?

Not sure who to send her to but imo she can still be trained.

Call the shop and find out about Dennis Taylor (not sure how busy he is). I'm pretty sure he's in the Pittsfield area and he has trained a lot of Jeff's dogs.

Josh I would suggest buying some training books and dvd's and training yourself. I think some look at training a dog as difficult and hard to do. I think the hardest factor in training a dog is dedication to the amount of time needed. So if you have the time, maybe 1/2 to 1 hour a day and some weekends, I think you should do it yourself. As far as age, if she shows willingness to retrieve i believe she can easily be trained...just my opinion
