spotlight hook up for an enclosed trailer

I am just curious how all you guys hook up your spotlights on your enclosed trailers. i want to know if i should do 120 volt with a little honda generator or 12 volt. also how you mount the spot light on the outside of the trailer. pictures would be apperciated and let me know what you got!

mine are all 12 volt i run a seperate wire to them and put the wire on the positive post on a 7 way trailer plug as for mounting i have two on the back just over the back door and then two on the side. then i just put the switch inside the side door.
