BGB fat boy

i was wondering what people think about the fat boy and if it is a nice call to have. i have a SMH and a showtime and i am looking at getting another goose call is this the right one.

correct me if i'm wrong but i think the fat boy has the same bore and design as the SMH, just a different look? not 100% sure though.

I was thinking the same thing about the Fat Boy I would say go for a call with a higher pitch like the Market Hunter

I have the fat boy and SMH, I don't know about sizes etc, but I know they are very similar. My go to call lately has been a walnut HPH. Great different sounding call that the birds seem to like. I acrylic HPH was a little too high for me, but the wood ones have a great sound and is a great addition to any lanyard. I usually carry the fat boy and HPH on the lanyard and seems to work great

The Fat Boy is a great call to have. As the SMH, the FB is versatile, super goosey and user's friendly.

While the Fatboy and SMH have identical bore dimensions; I've found that the FB seems to be a tad deeper than the SMH. I attribute this to the thicker acrylic around the bore and insert. Am I crazy?

I too seem to think the Fat Boy to be a little more deeper than an SMH. I would of loved to try a cocabola Fat Boy but they seem to be getting hard to come by. And yes Greg we do seem to think you are a little CRAZY!! BUBBA DUCK

I was blowing my friends BGB FB and i got hooked on it.. im making a order on here friday. Im buying a BGB fb, a show time, and a strait heat..Foiles calls rock!

I just got one in the camo version. Its a very cool call and easy to blow with good sound. I also have a Foiles Highland Honker and I would put it up there close to that one.

I have a red/blue diamond wood BGB Fat Boy and would agree its a much deeper call in my opinion. but is an all around great call. I would recommend it for anyone

I'd say go to a resource with a greater degree than the market hunter, They SMH and Showtime, and I'm looking forward to this second goose call. thanks !!

I have one along with aHighland honker. Both are good but the Highland Honker is tough to beat. That would be my first choice.
