PM's not sending

Kelly, this ones for you . . .
Some of my PM'S arent sending, they are still in my outbox. I'm tryin to seal a deal on a call trade and the PM won't leave the damn outbox. Any ideas?

not tryin to step on kelly's toes here,
if there not leaving your outbox then the ones your sending the pm's to are not picking them up. once they see there pm's and pick them up they go directly to your sentbox. i allow pop ups from this site so i see my pm's right away.

could it also be that the persons Inbox is Full im not sure how it works if your inbox is full and someone sends you a message, i dont know if they clear it out if they will recieve the messages kinda out there in limbo.....hopefully Kelly can shed some light on this subject and maybe Educate us...
