Well I'm not in TN but I am in the south. SC to be exact. Too bad we dont get half the birds that the boys up north get. Thats alright as long as somebodies smoken em'.

well we'd like to see more and last year we did. But the weather had a lot to do with that. We just had freaky weather this year and it really screwed up the huntin.

I know, we were in the 80s in december. Last year it was a lot cooler and a lot more birds were down. I think we killed right at 100 mallards last year. Thats almost unheard of around here.

that's awesome man! I tell you what I had to drive to school this mornin in the snow and from what I've been told the WMA we hunt around here is absolutley covered up! Dang the weather!!!!
We just ran out of luck. I think all my luck was done for the season upon shooting a band on Dec. 7 oh well there's always next year.

Snow? We havent seen any of that in two years. :x We had a very hard year for mallards though! I bet I can count on one hand how many I killed this year. But ringnecks and woodies showed up for us. Even though most of the woodies stay here year round. I hunt south texas during christmas every year so that makes up for a lot of the hard hunts we do around here.
