click on home. then at the bottom of the page it says private messages. it should say whether you have a message or not. just click on the inbox icon and they should pop up.

If you have you Pop Up Blocker Allowing Pop ups for this website...you should get a Pop Up everytime you get a PM...if not go into your Tools at the Top of the Browser, and click pop up settings...and allow pop ups for this website....
