Well..had about 300 birds sittin' on a golf course in town that had been landin' in a field right on city limits line. Got permission and have hunted a couple times and gotten smacked around. Midwest (McMurtrie) called me and told me he saw one blue goose in w/ 'em today. Well...he came in on a rope right at shootin' light. Gotta get the damn thing mounted to cause it's the first and probably last one i'll ever kill. I just really don't hunt 'em. Anyway..thought it was cool. (thanks for bein' to lazy to go mcmurtrie  !)

Muntz....you need to bring your self over here on the east coast we a swimming with snows all season long....just saw a couple large strings this morning which im guessing are new arivals gonna call a buddy of mine the guides in the next town over and see if i cant get a snow hunt put together for the near future....the were flying right in his general direction...Delware is the largest Staging area for the easter flyway for snows and canadians....and most of them stay in our refuges all summer long.....ought to be a decent snow season....kinda neet seeing big strings of snows when its snowing outside..

you must be talkin' about cripples from the bar fight. I mean when you walk into a bar and the bouncer asks you for an ID and if you're carryin' any weapons....you know you're in texas.

I got a full bar speck last weekend and he is goin to the taxidermist. glad you got a mounter, wish you guys were still here, could use some shooters, snows are thick, weather is cold, doesn't get much better, except that it all ends tuesday for darks. hopefully conservation season will see some sneakin and killn.

Nice Eagle Head. We have had an unbelievable amount of snows and specks in our area all season also.
