paul i finally have an answer on selling guns.
it involves shipping guns through a licensed FFL dealer because of interstate shipping laws and regulations. and liabilitys because of the straw act that FMI does not want to get involved with.

im sure that you would not want to sell a gun to a registerd felon or a minor without there parents consent. that would put the liability on you. that is the reason that that rule is in place in the yard sale, to protect us and FMI from any liability in the sale of guns.

Putting a case on a gun wont protect you from selling it to a minor or a convicted felon or other person who is not legally able to purchase/own a firearm. It's for everyones protection.
