I am planning on taking a trip this fall to either Ontario or North Dakota. I have hunted North Dakota before and it was a really good hunt. I was wondering if anyone had some advice on where I should go. I have no contacts in Ontario and I don't know how easy it is to get permission. so I am just looking for some advice

your best bet if going to canada is to go with someone who has done it before. Also deciding where to go you have to factor in what kind of hunt you want, how much you want to spend, and the people you are going with. Not a lot of info but hope it helps a little bit

Go to the Avery measage board forum. There are a couple of guys on there from Ontario that might be able to help you out. Heck if your a member they might even offer you to hunt with them. Hope this helps.

It's kinda hard to change what works. It'd be different if you had contacts in Ontario.

Drake691, your avatar still gives me the creeps. Razz!! No offense, just a little phobia of mine.

I will be hunting Alberta during the early season then fly back home to Ontario and hunt the later season. Then back up here to Lake Louise for snowboarding and work

Nick. You gotta let me know the next time you go. I'll meet ya out there and we'll shame Ruark into an appearance.

Yo Matt,
I haven't been since my sister was married to a military man and they lived out there.Nothing like a free hunt out there. Those people are unreal, salt of the earth, friendly hardworking folks.

We probably couldn't get Greg to put down the vacuum cleaner, duster, and dish rag long enough to go.If he did we'd have the cleanest camp around!

Hope he doesn't see this....
