I'll third Big Foot. Your not going to find a tougher decoy out there. No bags no messing around. And geese love them!

I also hunt bigfoot the durability is there...i'm really tough on my decoys..take into consideration wear and tear transporting and how friends treat things they don't own.

but dakota's are real nice too. and once you start with one decoy you can mix other brands with them it gives them a more appealing looks. take into consideration you slow the wear and tear factor with using sloted decoy bags. we've hunted our my bigfoots for years and the only wear has been minimial on the flocked heads. but they can be relaced very economically. and they have been thrown in the back of the truck with no bags and wouldn't waste the money on them.

a friend of mine had 10 doz bigfoot without flocked heads and has had them over 15 years and leaves them in his pit blind. and we still kill a lot of geese over them and they still look good. it also depends on how many decoys your going to use. if your only going to get 1 doz and say hunt them next to a pond with a duck set up then it might be worth spending more money on decoys that offer more posses. but for large spreads the ease of set up and break down and duablility bigfoot has the best advantage.

one other thing the way the plastic is molded in the bigfoots they don't have the shine of other non-flocked decoys out there. although a fully flocked decoy will be the ulitimate then you have a decoy that you pay a lot more money and needs special handling to keep them nice.

my vote is for the bigfoot due to it's a great hunting decoy and doesn't need to be treated like a movie star.

Of the three you mentioned, I'd go with GHG for pure realism (although paint issue may become a pain and durability isn't quite up there), Dakotas for a combo of realism and durability (although the price is a tad high for what you're getting), and FA's for a low cost option only. My opinion, like the rest of the others it to check out Bigfoots. No, they don't have the number of poses as some other companies do but for overall killing geese, they will flat out get it done. You don't have to baby them like you do the others either.

i sold all my green head gears this year and went with big foots... it was such a pain to set out five dozen stakes, then un bag all the decoys, then bag them all up.. and the paint is not worth the money IMO.. i cant wait to shoot over my foots!!!

i like my bigfoots they are really durable but they take up alot of space, green heads are nice but the paint scratches and they are time consuming to put together and pick up but they take up less space during the off season and when your transporting, final approaches are nice i have there floaters, paint scratches but the heads have a life time warranty, over all if you got a trailer or alot of room in your garage go with the big foots, they will be the last decoys you will ever need to buy

I own some GHG's and some bigfoots and the guys I hunt with have a buncg of Bigfoots. The Foots get the nod for easy set up, durability and the geese love 'em! Not to mention the fact we've killed a ton of geese usin 'em!

Dakotas are extremely tough as are the foots but the dakotas beat foots because of they are 10x more detailed and can move in the slightest of wind.

Bigfoots are the best out there. Most durable. Best paint and flocking. We proved that at a show in ND last year throwin them across the pavement. Never scratched the paint or flocking. Spend a little more and get the best decoy on the market. BigFoot.
