2s or bb hevimetal

For goose hunting over dekes with Hevimetal, are BBs the better choice or will 2s be fine in side of 40 yards?

I use the 3.5 inch BB's with a strait heat choke and have awsome results from in close to upwards of 60 yards finishing off cripples.

I dont want to use the bb load if I dont have to. If the 2s have enough energy inside of 40, then thats what ill use. any advice is appreciated. thanks

3.5" 2's with Strait Heat has worked well for me in that range.

Just my two cents, but I've used 3" bbs and 3.5" # 2s in Hevi Metal and had awesome results on Geese. Now to stir the pot ... I've also used 3.5" # 4 s and killed geese stone dead over the decoys within less than 40 yds.

I recommend the 3.5 #2's... they dont have any trouble taking geese down at 40 yds.

Ditto, I shot a case and a half of them last season and crushed birds. Got 2 more cases for this season, bring it on!
