Yep, GHG all the way. Both ducks and geees come with stands and stakes. We use the stands most of the time, but the stakes work good as well. THe only thing about the stakes is that if the ground is soft, they push in too far to hold a decoy. And if the ground is frozen, they won't go in deep enough to hold a deke.

rushcreek oranyone else who knows, how much are those flappers? I'm talking about the one that dynamic decoys makes w/a GHG looker where the wings flap every once in a while.

For people who have one, do you like them? Do you think they help alot? Are they worth the $$$?

Killer Miller I haven't seen one in person just on TV shows. Higdon makes them. They also make a goose floater called a tipper. You can make it feed on top of the water or all the way down. It is really neat if you can work it right. Both decoys work on a pull string and cost around $100. I just don't know if I'm sold on the flapper yet.

The GHG def. are better when it comes to motion but the stands you can buy for the bigfoots work pretty well.

The one by dynamic decoys is 199.99, and the higdon is $99.99.

I know where you can get a higdon one at.

I would deffinetly spend then extra 100 bucks and get the electronic one with the remote. My buddy has the Higdon one and he said he wishes he would of just spent the extra 100 bucks and got the electronic one. So if you got the money I'd shoot for the remote controlled one!
